Thats rough Erik. Leads to for sale signs at penny's on the dollar. But 
then many are in that same boat, sitting high & dry, watching the 
horizon for smoke that will burn them out. And Trumps big mistake about 
global warming is a contributor from halfway around this wet rock. The 
for sale signs will fade away as no one has the means to take advantage 
of the cheap land.
