I am looking for a source for 740 - 1000 watt 110v PMSM motor drives. Would the STMBL drives work as a standalone drive? The application does not have an encoder feedback. It also does not have Hall effect sensors. I would prefer it to run in senseless mode but I could also work hall sensors into the design.
I would also like it to be priced in line with the cheaper (e.g.Automation Direct GS2) 1hp AC inverters. AC inverters should actually have all the required hardware as-is but they don’t run a synchronous motor. Assembling STMBL drives is something I can consider.
