I think I might as well interlock the whole lot. manual unclamp can only operate if machine is in manual mode. if spindle is stopped, and if the toolchanger is not currently operating. maybe if the Hal toolchange pin goes high that can turn off the manual toolchange unclamp. I will just put everything in series in classic ladder with the E stop also.
