Does it need blown up in scale like the P term is? So instead of 
the .0015 we might using with a stepper whose P term might be 20, or 
less but is 250000 here, so D needs to be scaled similarly? I'll give it 
a shot after dinner. Set it to 1 and keep adding zeros.
