I don't know if any of the FPGAs have an analogue output. Generally
they output a PWM which is converted to voltage by a filter, so there
is a bit of a speed limit there.

Some cards use an actual digital potentiometer or D to A, but those
are typically driven by smart-serial and to would pretty much have to
be at servo-thread rate via HAL.
