I installed the LinuxCNC 2.8.0 Debian 10 Buster PREEMPT-RT ISO a few months ago direct from the downloads page (http://linuxcnc.org/downloads/ <http://linuxcnc.org/downloads/>). I can confirm that lspci worked for me.
