Greetings Andy;
I have derived an encoder-dir signal from encoder.velocity using the
abs.sign bit output, but hal won't use it for a parameter bit input.
net vel_source <= hm2_5i25.0.encoder.00.velocity => pid.s.feedback \
abs_encdir.in
# sidxdir is an edge module
net sidxdir <= abs_encdir.sign => sdiridx.in-edge
but hal won't buy it, giving a setp related error msg.
Is there a syntax that will make it work in real time?
