Hi Thomas, I use Altium (Protel-99SE) for both schematics, PCB layout and for the general wiring layout. The yellow boxes are often links to other schematics. So for example the PWMSpindle.SchDoc is a small PCB module that translates TTL parallel port signals for step/dir/enable and fault into differential signals out a DB-25 to match the Bergerda AC Servos.
Similarly the StepDir2STMBL.SchDoc converts the same TTL signals but now on a small PCB that has the RJ connectors for the STMBL AC Servo Drive.
