Thanks!  I'll really keep that in mind.

By the way, I'm running emms-20190620.1526 and it seems that it doesn't
support changing volume using `mixerctl' (AFAIK, the natural way to do it
on OpenBSD).  For that end I used the code of emms-volume-amixer.el (by
Martin Schoenmakers) as a starting point and wrote
emms-volume-mixerctl.el (attached).  I'm happy with it --- it works just
fine for me.  Would you like to add it to EMMS so it supports OpenBSD
out of the box?
