Erin, the process of re-distribution that you describe is very familiar it is also a reason for ³burn out² because the re-distribution doesn¹t always yield what one had hoped for... during the worse moments I wonder if I¹m just redistributing the responsability for doing something, anything....it weren¹t better to just ³do it all myself², but then of course I can¹t but more importantly that isn¹t the point...So the idea of a ³group subject² that slowly gathers weight and breadth over time, however ³active² each part at any given moment, is indeed a positive metaphor.
