I won't speak for Microsoft as such. But all of the implementations do the same things, and they all behave as suggested in 7170bis. The differences between the doc and implementations are: * nothing implements Identity-Hint That can be fixed on the server side during IETF last call * nothing implements the PKCS TLVs I believe any other differences are minor.
