The 36th issue of MEA Bulletin includes reports on the 32nd meeting of
the Standing Committee of the Convention on Migratory Species and recent
scientific and technical meetings held in preparation for the tenth
Conference of the Parties to the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands. 

 

Steve Bass of the International Institute for Environment and
Development (IIED) contributed the guest article, which discusses IIED's
ongoing assessment, at the World Bank's request, to determine what a
Global Forest Partnership could entail.
