SEEKING TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR COURT WATCHERS FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASES

We are beginning a court watch program in which trained volunteers will
monitor and report on the handling of domestic violence cases in the court
system. I will be providing a training for these volunteers with regard to
cultural sensitivity issues. In other words, I will be training them to be
aware of the possibility that the cultural biases and stereotypes or
insensitivities held by judges, prosecutors, etc. may inhibit victims from
receiving a fair and complete hearing. I would like to know of any other
trainings for court watch volunteers, and whether these training include a
cultural sensitivity component.

Thank you
