I think this is not possible, because each one uses a different property in the
osinfo (disk.hotpluggableInterfaces and network.hotplugSupport), but I saw by
the Call Hierarchy that all the places where the method canPerformDiskHotPlug
was called, was also called the isInterfaceSupportedForPlugUnPlug, so I unified
them both.
