tools: Adds option MAIL_SMTP_ENCRYPTION to notifier Adds option MAIL_SMTP_ENCRYPTION to allow multiple types of SMTP encryption to be specified in notifier config. This new option also replaces old MAIL_ENABLE_SSL option.
