That is true and it will also work, e.g doing something like
EventNotificationMethod.values()[0] will return email so it will work when
upgrading from db that had the old EventNotificationMethod to those that will
have the new one (also with the snmp method).
However, the whole intention of what i'm doing is to do it explicitly. to say
we have email who's value is 0 and a mechanism to get email from 0.
does that make sense to you? do you have a better idea?
