Patch Set 2:

If we don't want to accept mixed case DB names:
- pgpassfile is the first change,
- pg_hba.conf to configure the DB access the second one,
- the installation summary the third cause indeed we are going to create a 
differently named DB 
Than I'm also not fully aware if DWH and reports work correctly with a DB with 
a mixed case name.

So, in that case, keeping a mixed case DB name in our environment doesn't make 
much sense for me.

All the opposite if we decide/have to support mixed case DB names.
