there is no real reason for that [1], basically this impl is inconstant with
the rest of the app.,
[1] there is no backend calls performed in this util, signature is :
UsbPolicy getUsbPolicy(Usb usb, VDSGroup vdsGroup);
so you can move the code to mapper (obviously it's not your fault, but now we
have opportunity to fix this).
