Most of you guys know I'm a novice coder at best, so bear with me here. Looking over the api's for Estyle and Etox, I'm trying to figure out where these guys fit in, long term. From my lame point of view I don't see much that Etox and Estyle can provide that EVAS can't. I suppose that Estyle could prove very very interesting if we had some complex styles, but limited currently to drop shadows ala re-rendering the same text -1,-1 and dropping the alpha a bit, isn't much. The point here isn't to bag on Estyle or Etox, but where will these libs be going? While I've heard the idea of them being sucked into EVAS, it somehow doesn't seem like a good idea. Just curious.
