If you could provide some hints about when (e.g. preX versions) the behavior changed, that would be useful.I use the "click to focus" also. I really miss the older behavior, for what it's worth. It gets a little frustrating when browsing, and a new window opens, when I'm done with it, the previous window is not focused, therefore I have to click on it in order to use ALT-LEFT to go back.
