Yes!

I'll look into this... since I was testing with alt-tab as my second key

Right now the chain is reset to the default when this happens *IF* the
non-matching second event is an event in the default chain. If you begin
a chain, then hit a bunch of keys E doesn't normally grab, the next key
E grabs will still be processed in the new chain.

This isn't how other implementations work, so it's a bug in my
implementation.

??? I gave 3 examples: programs that have this feature already (pekwm
and Emacs), and code to put in a keybindings.cfg for E.
