Err... Eterm doesn't care what desktop the WM is displaying. It only cares about which desktop it appears on, and when that changes. Thus, it listens to _NET_WM_DESKTOP, which the WM is responsible for keeping up-to-date according to version 1.3 of the WM spec. So what am I missing? :) Michael -- Michael Jennings (a.k.a.
