(B
(Bthe problem is - maintaining an api that spans multiple os's - ESPECIALLY into
(Bwindows is quite painful. these days OSX is not hard - it comes WITH an x
(Bserver... but under that its unix - so you only need to contend at most with a
(Bnew gfx api if you dont want to use X there. windows is much nastier.
(B
(Bthe only thing that would encourage me to support windows would be financial
(Bgains - i have been told if EFL worked on windows we could be licensing it and
(Bmake a small fortune - that could easily be re-directed to make efl on unix
(B(free) work better. but i am dubious as to the claims it would be worth the
(Beffort. then again the windows SW devel market is immense - who knows. i'd be
(Btempted to get myself some windows dev tools and see - it cant be too hard. :)
