Hello I don't know if it's E16 that creates this "Wheee! (RRScreenChangeNotify)" dialog but it's (at least for me) USELESS and a PAIN (in the ...).
Please, pleeeeeeease disable this awfull dialog that makes all full screen *games* clutter with the WM :'(..... Maybe the best thing would be that this feature be optional and enabled only if one wants to in .enlightenment/user_theme.cfg for example.
