Maybe the best thing would be that this feature be optional and enabled only if
one wants to in .enlightenment/user_theme.cfg for example.
You have built 0.16.7.x with --enable-xrandr.
0.16.7.x should never be compiled with --enable-xrandr. It was there to
play around with only. There is no useful RandR support.
0.16.8 has it enabled by default, does not pop up that dialog, and
should be able to handle screen resizing.
