efm in e17 is mroe of a glorified file selector widget - it is fm-like but its
main use is for selecting files for config. well thats its originall target
needs. it isnt meant  to be a be-all-and-end-all fm. we zsstil have a problem
that to do desktop icons, you need some part of the fm in the wm either as a
module or as built-in code, so this serves as a testbase for that in the end
too.
