Hardly.  Have you looked at the developer list on SF lately?

Here's what you should do.  Go through the list of all developers on
SF and everyone who has ops on #E or #edevelop, and if they don't
already have an account, create them one with a random password and
send it to them.  Then give the whole group permissions to all
E-related pages.

More people will help out.  Guaranteed.
