There is a way to see all the themes that apply to enlightenment.
If you go into the enlightenment app
http://exchange.enlightenment.org/application/show/4
and scroll down, it shows a list of themes that apply to it.
Of course, it shows any theme that applies, not "complete" themes, so
it catches border themes and wallpapers too.

There is no practical definition for a complete theme, because there
are way too many things to theme, and... even if a theme is complete
in themeing everything in the core E, it will probably leave out a
whole bunch of 3rd party modules.
Also, using "widgets" can work right now, because all the themes that
are complete provide widgets, but.. I actually made half of a
widget-only theme.. to be a generic theme that can be matched with
some border themes.. so that wont really apply for long..

We need a clear definition, so I can translate that into a category.
What do you think about checking for:
1. Border
2. Widget
3. Shelf
4. Wallpaper
and if it contains themes for all these components, marking it as an
full Enlightenment theme.. Is there something else that needs to be in
that list?

As far as a homepage link for apps and modules, please feel free to
put that link in the description.
Most apps and modules in CVS dont have a homepage, so it would be
empty for the majority of apps/themes.
