big images... like satellite images of the entire world. you may not have it at
screen res - but you may zoom out or scroll around... :) there are use cases.

65000x100 image wont bog things down. but its valid.

no, but believe it or not... people are using efl for things other than
wallpaper and ok buttons :) it really was easy to make the limit a #define and
add some macros. you know that cameras these days are producing photos up to
20mpixel. thats 5000x3800... or so. previous limit was 8192. it's not far to
hit that (52mpixel) and then things would need to improve anyway to handle it.
either way right now i'm fixing things up to handle these kind of images (right
now my nasty test case is a 192mpixel photo... yes 192. if i "comfortably"
handle that and technically in code go beyond that, i'm a happy man. i've
handled digital cameras and their photos for a few years to come... i hope.
