I answer for the Windows part.

last time i check, most of the elm tests were working. There are still 
some problems sometimes as there are not a lot of testers and coders on 
it. Currently, i try to finish ecore_exe. Next, i would like to create a 
package.

Also, for the mac os part, i can improve it, but i need a mac os x... I
