No; the general idea of Rox is to make things trivial, and accessible
"here and now". They would refuse to insert a bar in Memo if we ever
asked. They use a bar in the ShowAll pop-up, that has a very small
default size. The main Memo window don't have bar, and never will, and
never should :)

The user is responsible to perform due tasks in time :)

If it's got to be done, it's got to be shown.

Any way, my X height is 2560p, and I have a visible height of 2048 (if
monitor 2 is 1280x1024, did not check yet); so, stricly speaking, if E
was to resize Memo, it should resize it to 2560 or 2048 (minus shelves).

So, stricly speaking, E should offer more configuration options; but as
this is specific to multi-head people, I know the E team will never do
this. In fact, the tick box should offer the choice between:
- no size limit
- limit to monitor size
- limit to screen size
- limit to X size

and of course, offer a per-window configuration, by putting these box
not only in the general conf, but also in the "Remember" pop-up ...

... but i know you won't do it.

And, an other thing i did not test: window creation takes care of shelf
size in my case; but, would it ignore it if I changed my settings and
ask E to let window maximisation cover the shelves ? atm, I have set E
to not cover shelves when i maximise ...

Let's tick "allow windows to overlap this shelf" ... and, ouf, the shelf
height is now ignored :) Untick, new window are smaller ... one bug that
is not present :)
