Hey guys, I just popped elementary_test open and went to the ctxpopup test. I don't know who did what, but two things have change in the last couple of weeks: 1. It's butt ugly now. Scroll around some of the ctxpopup tests and you'll see everything is just ugly. 2. It's completely broken. click somewhere and you'll see that the arrow does not show on where you click anymore.
Whoever applied those patches, please revert (I don't have the time to track the origin at the moment, but whoever applied ctxpopup patches please take responsibility, to force me to svn blame you in public :P).
