Nop, Ecrire is a text editor like notepad or anything like that. Edi goal is only to prototype an IDE that integrate completly with clang and is fully asynchronous. The first goal is to gather information on llvm/clang and how to integrate with it properly to display all information up to the static analyzer. Once that's done we may add code editing. So this is not going to be usefull soon. > BTW, I'm ALSO writing a text editor, but it's not EFL, it's a terminal > app, written to be an editor construction kit. I also like the emacs-efl idea. Go ahead with that, it doesn't conflict at all with what we are trying to prototype here. -- Cedric BAIL ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
