These are webkit dependencies, not eve's.

I doubt you'll be able to.  See my email to both edevel and webkit-efl
mailing lists regarding the dependencies. I have some pending patches
from Gustavo to reduce the minimum versions required that I plan to
submit upstream, but according to
http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/EFLWebKit it still depends on unreleased
libs like glib, glib-networking and libsoup.
