Its a mixture of things. Sometimes its code related sometimes you have to find out why it only fails on Jenkins and not on your local host. Some sort of detective work. The Jenkins configuration and the way we are doing it might need some learning but if one has a good understanding how EFL, etc are being build and working that would be a good start already.
