imho the right thing to do is an upgrade path. load user config and find config
for shelves and gadcon clients, then translate this to bryce config/setup then
delete all the shelf/gadget config that is now replaced by bryce. same for
mobules. list modules loaded and disable them and then load/enable the matching
replacement modules that work with bryce. that is ultimately what IMHO e should
do to provide a "seamless user experience by translating config over for users
on an upgrade.
