I have spent some time messing around with evas trying to get it to
build with gl support with xcb and sdl, was not successful, however i
did clean up the spec.in file. I have attached my patch here.
I also
added in the cpu stuff. However i am not sure if i should take that back
out or not. I was following the build instructions here ->
http://trac.enlightenment.org/e/wiki/Packaging for evas, it's a little
out of date. If you want i can create a new issue and attach the patch.
If that is what i should do from now on let me know.
