:) that's cool. you're doing an excellent job of things with 0.16.x - :)
wile i'm at it for e17 there will be a very well defined ipc protocol - ecore
has the ecore_ipc module already there for doing the grunt work - so there will
be a "libe.so" (that requires libc.so... where's libd.so then?) :) you will have
function calls in libe for doing all this. i don't know if we will break it out
into an eesh cmd-line util by then though - but thats not a hard task - just
boring and painful :) the main point is to make it easier for people to write
3rd party software and not do much "footwork" and instead concentrate on their
own program/code instead of mundane infrastructure stuff

i'll be back on the e17 code case soon - once i have a desk at home and a chair
to sit on.
