I would like to set eterm as my background without the eterm menu,
scrollbar and borders. So my X looks like a fancy tty console screen ?

I use:

Eterm -g 80x5 --trans --shade 20 --buttonbar 0 --scrollbar 0 --login-shell 0 --name
command&

in my .xinitrc. You probably don't want to use such a small term,
though, and you might want to leave out the "--login-shell 0" part :)

You can then alt-mouse2 and select border-style borderless, resize and
tell E to remember these settings. In fact, I tell E to automatically
restart the program, too, so it's now commented out in my .xinitrc. I
also make the Eterm sticky, so it's always there on my desktop.

I have two problems :)

1) if i maximize the eterm and chose borderless there is desktop space
on the bottom.

e16 will obey the size contraints requested by Eterm. Because the size
steps for Eterm are > 1 pixel, the window may not fill the entire
screen.
In e16.8 it should be possible to set the Eterm size to "fullscreen".
If the window doesn't fill the screen entirely, it will be centered
and given a black border filling the remainder of the screen, which
makes it look less offensive.

2)i also want a transparent mouse that shows me the enlightenment menu
when i click on the eterm.

You can set this up on some mouse binding, just as alt-right-click shows
the window menu, or you can use ctrl-shift-F1-3 to get to the usual
root menus.
