the applications (sometimes) set their own cursors - the wm cant do anything
about this (well in theory it could with hackery but that would break a lot of
stuff - it shouldnt and wont). you will need to deal with the cursor usign
xcursor themes. e does its own cursor thing as well - we believe doing it our
way is better :) (the cursor is just another canvas with an edje object in it -
thus it animates and scale and so on just like everything else in e) :)
