-- oooops I've just sent this message to enlightenment-announce Sorry!!!! --

Hi,
 I'm a newbie of e17 (>> !GREAT! <<).
I'm coming from e16 and yesterday, I do it: I've installed e17 and now I'm happy :)) ... even if e16 is less greedy of RAM (10Mb vs 56Mb) :/ (thanks to didierbe - http://sps.nus.edu.sg/~didierbe/ - for publishing rpms)

So now I've installed e16.999.015 on my Fedora 4 (i386)

I've setup some eap stuff; all works but 2 applications: thunderbird and lock.

On ~/.e/e/applications/all I've put some files: xterm.eap, firefox.eap, thunderbird.eap and lock.eap. Running e_util_eapp_edit you could see:

xterm.eap:
 app-name: X Terminal
 generic-info: Terminal
 executable: xterm
 win-class: XTerm

firefox.eap:
 app-name: Firefox
 generic-info: Web Browser
 executable: firefox
 win-class: Firefox-bin

thunderbird.eap:
 app-name: Thunderbird
 generic-info: Mail Reader
 executable: thunderbird
 win-class: Thunderbird-bin

lock.eap:
 app-name: lock
 generic-info: lock
 comment: lock
 executable: xscreensaver-command -lock

Next, I've edited ~/.e/e/applications/favorite/.order and ~/.e/e/applications/favorite/.order The strange thing is that sometime the last 2 icons (thunderbird and lock) disappear from menu and ibar (but still are present in the .order file). Instead for xterm and firefox I've no problem.

What's the magic? There's something wrong in the above eap files?

Regards,
  Marco

PS: sorry for my bad english
