Not sure if this helps, but I had some problems with engage after a
recent enlightenment update (strange complaints about some missing
symbols in a [some_shared_object].so when starting e). I fixed it by
completely removing engage, removing all engage-related files in my
.e/ directory, then reinstalling engage. I can at least confirm it
works (almost) fine for me, for what that's worth.

The only problem I still have is that engage seems to ignore my .order
file in ~/.e/e/applications/engage/ It only displays icons of running
applications, no matter how many times I touch .order, unload and
reload engage, etc. Am I missing something obvious?
