This seems like a really nice addition to the site, and a little more cohesive than a separate site for themes and such, but as a general comment on the e.org site it seems that it might be better to have a unified account system. i have separate accounts for wiki.e.org, forum.e.org, and now exchange.e.org? surely there's a better way...
As to the actual subject, i really like the presentation of the site (actual full screenshots of themes and stuff is great!), and the fact that as a user i could do some feedback, or make my own contributions one day. That's fantastic!
