hmm this smells like an ooooooooooold feature i had in e that allowed you to
bind some action to "grab the mouse" to a window and keep it there - this was
intended for games etc. - but this is sooooooooooooo log ago i am hazy on the
details. it may have just been an idea i had too. :) i havent touched e16 in
many years :)
