looks to me to be a "broken" librsvg. well librsvg is not including cairo
cflags (or i guess linker flags either). rvsg 2.26 does on ubuntu. i can work
around thsi by forcing a check of cairo too in evas. but that wont help you
until there is another beta or release or you build direct from svn.
