Yes that is Bodhi Linux, if you check the video description I mentioned it is an Asus T101MT for the hardware. The touch screen works with single touch by default with any kernel newer than 2.6.35 and you can build an extra module to get two finger multi touch working for pinch zoom/two finger scrolling in normal applications.
