Maybe it's an issue of KDE 4.5.5, then. Not a big one, not big enough to 
switch to Slackware64-current, at the moment. What is more, I am thinking of 
switching my mail client, anyway, although I haven't made a decision on this, 
and I have to say, that I actually like KMail. I'm just not the kind of user, 
who benefits from Akonadi & Co., although from a software architecture point of 
view, the KDE team has done an admirable job, IMHO.
