And I for one am thankful for that. It was such an improvement.

But of course, if somebody didn't know that some Linux distributions seem to
keep seriously outdated snapshots of E17 in their repositories, it wouldn't be
hard to think that exbuf only just disappeared...

I'm hopeful that having an actual E17 "release" might get most of them to
bother updating their snapshots.
