This was broken in mine a while back but i think it has been fixed for 
some which e17 package version are you using? I have 0.17.0-21.2-x86_64. 
Second are you using any non default authentication or settings. I'm 
running on a VM that had a vanilla opensuse KDE install and 
enlightenment on top. Finally which efl packages do you have? (Maybe a 
dev can tell if thats relevant) I have a few extra packages other then 
just e17 and its default dependencies maybe we are still missing 
something? Also make sure theres no mention of lock in 
/etc/enlightenment/sysactions.conf if your setup has been around for a 
while and it should be owned by root and in the root group and have 
-rw-r--r-- permissions. Older installs may have had issues with the 
permissions and ownership of this file.
