Hello enlightenment team;
I use Jetbrains IDEs (IDEA, pycharm, goland, etc). In enlightenment,
there is a fairly annoying behavior where if a context window pops up
(for example search or preferences), the whole window jumps behind any
other windows open on that desktop.
it also sometimes maximizes left when its set full screen.
This happens even if the title bar property for 'always ontop' is
checked.
Any help with this issue would be appreciated.
I am using e 0.23.1 on Ubuntu 20.04
